So figure out how to solve their pain. People need guys who will work hard and push the rest of the team. What need can you solve?
- Pursue what drives you: To create a truly rewarding career, spend as much time as you can in your “zone of genius.” This is the area in which you excel and can accomplish great things without great effort in a relatively short period of time.
- Give your career and honest evaluation: We think that since we’ve done something for 15 years, we have to keep doing it. That’s a mistake. Find a way to merge your current skill set with a pursuit you truly love. It’s never too late to pursue what you love.
